9. She then agreed to refund the no show fee and check me into a room, but at no point did she apologize on behalf of the hotel for the confusion or make me feel like a welcome guest of the hotel (or a Hyatt Passport member, for that matter).

10. The whole point is that I should not been forced to call the front desk to receive a 'welcome' amenity - kinda ruins the point.
