To begin with the staff was always professional,
welcoming
and friendly, whether it was the cleaning staff in the hallway who always make it a point to greet you with a smile, the bellmen, front desk, or wait staff in the restaurant or lounges.

She then agreed to refund the no show fee and check me into a room, but at no point did she apologize on behalf of the hotel for the confusion or make me feel like a
welcom
e guest of the hotel (or a Hyatt Passport member, for that matter).
