1. As an example the concierge took great pains to ensure that we knew how to get back to the airport and to return our hire care (not once but twice).

7. I later wrote a complaint to the hotel regarding the situation, and they never bothered to write back so I suppose they don't care about customer service and their clerks can get away with being rude and inconsiderate.

8. I knew it would take only about 10 seconds and expressed again my need get to my room so I won't miss my pick up and that it wasn't my fault that the key deactivated itself, but she could care less.
