7. Crystal, Caleb, Parker at the front desk, Dave in Bell services, and Cory, Ash & Jay in the Valet front of hotel were all so professional, obviously like their jobs and made the trip for my husband and I.

9. For a Denver hotel the staff were a little pretentious, and normally I would never comment on the way hotel employees act, but since I stay in Denver a lot I really think that the front desk staff was lacking some courtesy and professional training.
