5. Coming from a high dollar ski resort in the Rockies where decent service is the exception, not the rule, we greatly appreciate an employee who does their job efficiently and with a smile.

The cost of this room was also very very reasonable - I thought we had gotten a special deal (my wonderful lady is good at finding those deals) but after talking to others it turned out the hotel just had great weekend rates - In short, the value and services provided were exceptional for the cost.

8. The staff (everyone working here from the front desk, doormen, valet parkers and housekeeping) are extremely friendly and willing to do virtually anything to make your stay exceptional.

9. The evening 'reception' was always well attended and pleasant except there were always so many people that I never did get an appetizer the whole time I was there.
