1. Also, if you aren't happy with the service, make sure you politely complain to the management and you might be pleasantly surprised at how much they are willing to right the wrong.

2. I had to call about one minor problem and it was fixed within minutes, they called to make sure I was happy and gave me some credit against my bill for something that was just a minor annoyance.

5. After some confusion, 15 more minutes and getting another person involved I finally had a dinner menu and was able to order, though to be honest it still looked like I was missing part of the menu, but I was starving and just happy that food was on the way.
