One night, we even had a fun night at the Pepsi Center for a Colorado Avalanche game, getting there was easy enough riding the free Mall Ride to the end at Market Street, then walked the hand full of blocks to the Pepsi Center - this options might not be for everyone due to the 5 or so block walk, but worked fine for us and those we went with.
