2. The few times I've seen guests who were intoxicated, Franciso has handled them with professional skill, making certain they didn't disturb other guests and more importantly, making certain they had a responsible non-drinking ride.

3. It is one thing to get a review from one person staying one night, but I think the proof of the pudding is to be responsible for a 100 plus people and still not get one negative comment.

4. When the front desk was asked about cleaning the rooms where 30 girls had been throwing up we were informed that the rooms would not be cleaned until the group left 2 days later and the girls were told that they needed to be responsible and clean up their own vomit and the vomit of their friends.
