At the fourth day we decided to go to buffalo wings in Dallas down town , we got in the van and then I was really shocked we he got a call he said well I wanna go to CVS with a another person then I can take us after or whenever he gets back We felt like we're a second degree citizen , at the last day a other shuttle driver he had to stop at the stop sign but he pull out without paying attention of a car getting so close to us .

4. After entering the room, it did not seem like it was upgraded; I was thinking we'd be upgraded to a suite, but it was still a standard room on a high floor with two queen size beds that we'd originally booked (maybe a high floor is an upgrade? She didn't exactly specify).

5. All I could say is Thank God this was for one night, it was convenient to what I needed but it looked nothing like the pictures on their website.

6. The staff are all friendly, courteous and nice, and try to accomodate, but the A/C is loud, does not get cool, and sounds like water is running.

7. For those that booked via a third party, I never book via third party sites, the hotel's own site will always have the best price and 100% of your money goes to the hotel so they will treat you like their client, not like the third party's client.

8. However, it's location is fantastic (if this is the part of town you need to be in) and it has some practical advantages like ample free self parking, free internet and free shuttle.
