1. There is new/modern decor, eye catching restaurants and bar but then you get the key to your room.

2. A call to the front desk had us moved to a room without the smoke smell, but no offer from the hotel staff to help with luggage when moving rooms, the new keys were literally handed to us and the staff member grabbed the old room key and made a hasty retreat.

7. He offered to move us to a higher floor to an Executive room, much larger and quieter, and even offered to come up to apologize personally and give me the new room keys.

8. In the 10 minutes we were gone, our rooms were cleaned, new towels were, trash was taken, and our bed was made.
