3. While they were friendly, on the 2 times I went there (7PM on Sat night and 8AM Mon morning), there was either no one at the desk or they were tucked away in a corner working on something and not paying attention to the desk.

10. This hotel adheres to the religion of the 'more we charge the less you get', They really want you to pay more attention to the great bed and less attention to the incidental charges and poor service.
