1. My wife and I checked into The Dallas Westin after a long, harrowing plane ride and car ride and immediately felt welcomed, relaxed and at home.

9. Walking in to the lobby you hit a wall of a/c that is very welcome in Texas in the summer, but the front desk is set off to the left side and if you continue walking you are in the mall.
