1. Also, there was a continental breakfast which was cool, but since they already have scrambled eggs I just feel like they should go ahead and add a meat option and the breakfast would be great.

4. They have a pretty cool layout where the entrances to the hotel are integrated with the Galleria mall (although, I do find it weird to have a Westin in the middle of a shopping mall, period, but Texans apparently don't find that strange at all).

5. I understand wanting to save energy, but there's a point at which the temperature needs to be reasonably cool so as not to cause guests to sweat upon arrival.

6. My only complaint about the room is that the air was turned up so high before I arrived that it was HOT in the room (the outside temperature that day was 103) and took forever to cool down.

7. Unlike the other Westins we have stayed in this year, the a/c seemed to work very good and keep the room cool.

8. Galleria mall is upscale and has a cool ice skating rink in the middle.
