1. The rooms enjoy the nice new Hyatt design though are not as spacious as the Hyatt Place rooms.

If I may be perfectly frank, this hotel is very uniquely special to me I was given the opportunity to view the skeletal structure of the each hospitality department from room service, to the small cafe on the second floor, as well as the mediocre bar decor on the second floor, and the outdated ambience of the ballrooms compared to newly renovated hotels on the Westend of downtown.

8. Took forever to get checked in and when I finally got up to my room, my keys didn't work, so I had to fight the elevators back down, get new keys, then wait in a line for an elevator back up to my room.
