1. Volleyball teams were poorly behaved and the hotel seemed not to care that the young girls were running amuck.

2. They have access to fax machines, internet, in-house pc's, conference rooms with overhead displays, internet in-room (of course), airport transportation, quick access to cabs for trips to surrounding locations, and a full on concierge that will take care of anything you may need.
