1. I found the staff to be young, friendly, and helpful (not always the case when younger people are taking care of older grumps, but they seem to understand getting old is not for the faint of heart).

3. I asked the front desk person if she'd gotten my call because nobody had returned my message she said probably they'd taken care of it so they figured a call wasn't necessary.

5. The bathroom is small (due to the era) with a tiny shelf for all my toiletries - careful, its directly over the toilet.
