1. I know that stupid people are out of the control of the management, but they could have done more-I wonder how many other people complained, it's not like it's a 2 star motel.
"Nice hotel, but very noisy " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/24/2012 Vote
2. Although I admittedly hate paying for parking, which is mandatory here even for self-parking (to be fair, it's a fairly small lot, and there aren't any street-parking spots in the immediate vicinity), the cost ($10/night, with unlimited in and out) seemed like a bargain compared to its nearby sister Starwood hotels, the Westin Galleria and Le Meridien, which have the audacity to charge $18/day when you can just as easily park in the mall garage for free.
"Basically now an entirely new hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/19/2012 Vote
3. I'd definitely recommend the hotel, particularly at the obscenely low rate I paid on Priceline, but two caveats: first, the I-635 freeway adjacent to the hotel is in the midst of a substantial expansion, and the area will likely be congested and filled with construction vehicles for the next several years.

4. I didn't like the construction outside the pool and below my room though I am an spg platinum member.
"Staff: A, Facility: C- despite remodel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/19/2012 Vote
5. The hotel serves a free hot breakfast, which I appreciated to the umpteenth degree, and offers an array of touch-screen computers in the lobby; I'm not sure if you can access the full Internet on them, but you can certainly print out boarding passes and the like.

6. Hard to find with all the access roads in and around dallas freeways, the main problem was at check-in and out, had zero knowledge that I was a platinum spg member, in addition was put in a regular hotel room which im not mad about directly next to two elevators like i redeved it through a travel discout site which i didn't.
"Ok location, management misses the mark " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/25/2012 Vote
7. like I said, the room was huge and very nicely furnished.

"Very UNCOOL birthday for my boyfriend! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/8/2011 Vote
9. Since I didn't know to account for the amount they had put on hold on my card for incidentals (like $300 bucks or something), My freaking checking account bounced because of them.

10. Nothing major, but like i said, the little things are all wrong and when one travels frequently for business, these thigs are expected.
"Not up to standard as a business hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/29/2011 Vote
