4. New bed, TV, furniture and staff were great but lots of details need to be sorted (sink hot water not working, loose faucets, scratchy windows, my key didn't work a number of places they should have).

7. This is a great location, (very close to The Galleria mall) but if you're unfamiliar with the area you could get a bit turned around finding it as it's positioned along the I-635 westbound service road.
