5. They had us in another suite on the second floor, except it wasn`t going to be ready for 45 minutes.

6. Service was average, (for example, at the pool bar they weren't able to give us menus and had run out of all food except for chips and one sandwich - this was on Sat at 4 in the afternoon)and didn't seem too apologetic about it.
