1. We used the valet service provided, well worth the $20/night (no additional charge for in/out), they were always super fast even when we waited until we went down to the lobby ask for the car.

4. the Pro's: the suite style lay out was nice the living and bedroom areas are separate, valet was fast, close to everything downtown, aveda products, comfortable bed.

7. The complimentary hotel shuttle is a great advantage when you don't have a car and the drivers are very accomodating and go an extra mile to bring you to local restaurants/areas and pickup is fast.
