3. I am going to say that the SA location needs to really pay attention to this location because just because the chain opened a new location in Dallas the quality of customer service in this branch has been consistently fantastic every time.

4. Not new - but up-to-date w/ a heated pool, wonderful indoor hot tub and steam/sauna.
