4. First thing in the morning the park was enjoyable, as the day progressed things rapidly deteriorated, line jumping was rampant, out of control kids and adults in the lazy river which I would call the crazy river, the older kids play pool was not safe either, the water temp was not conducive to all day play, locker room was not maintained during the day at all.

7. Their poor judgment in booking a large family event the morning after a Rave, their lack of concern for the safety and enjoyment of our children, and their failure to honor their contractual obligations are all appalling.
