1. The hotel looks old and in need of renovation badly, the rooms them self are not that bad and have some what updated decor , bathroom was clean, I did find I beer cap around the bed when we arrived,so they are not cleaning like they should.

3. But I find it interesting that Ramada and Wyndhum Corp maintains control---so I'd really like to see some effort on their part to step up--but that is another letter.

4. like I mentioned earlier, the staff is all so friendly and helpful and it shows that they all take pride in their work.

5. Driving up and walking in, the hotel had me nervous, as it's not in a good area, the outside appearance is really bad and the doors and the lobby look like it should have had a makeover 20 years ago.

8. I will never stay at another Ramada because of this and the front desk acted liked it was no big deal.

9. We had a ten hour drive the next day home and would of liked to get to bed a little earlier than we did.

10. We stayed in room 203 it is a smoking room which was fine, it did smell like stale cigarette smoke but not to bad.
