1. I had many occasion to talk to several staff and of the 10 or so I spoke to each was most helpful, kind, and courteous.

2. We also had no way to make coffee in our room that first morning, we were missing part of the coffee pot so I had to ask the front desk for help and once again the same man was rude.

7. Also when we arrived we asked about places to eat that was close and the comment from the lady at the front desk was we have a restrauant here and that was it no other help with places to eat so needless to say we didn't eat at the hotel.

8. Daytime desk and reservations staff are helpful, but Night time desk staff go out of their way to be unhelpful.

9. the room i was in was room 464 but they had to move to room 455 cause room 464 had no air i ask house keeper miss needles to let me back into room she whent back with me to help look for rings , but could not fine them .
