1. The elevators were very slow, there were alot of people around so I am assuming that was the reason, but be prepared to wait.

6. We got there and were unable to check in to our hotel until 3:45 and this in turn made us late to our dinner reservations and that in turn made us late to our hockey game--the WHOLE reason for our trip.
