3. My suggestion is that if you want to charge for something, a) don't make it something that a cheaper hotel gives away for free and b) make something like in room massage or something like that more money.

5. The grounds were nice and the room well maintained, but for a hotel attached to a conference center, I would have expected free internet in the guest rooms, which some neighboring hotels had.
