5. Arrived 11:00 pm and was informed a $30 surcharge for the extra bed?? I realize i pre-paid through Hotwire at a fair and reasonable price, but $30 for a double bed over a king??????????????????Never again.

7. While I`m at it, I think a free breakfast of some sort is also a reasonable expectation for three starts, and this was not available also.
