1. The pool area was nice, unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to use the outdoor pool though.

4. This was nice as we heard no noise on our floor even though the hotel had a ton of kids staying there due to the tournaments.

9. The front desk staff was always nice and accommodating, as was evidenced by the fact that we had to call for more towels every single day (they always put out two in a room with four guests).
