1. What was interesting to us is that, as we were checking out today, we saw a room just like ours that seemed in much better shape than, so hopefully, if you've reserved a king master suite, you won't get room 314 because then then probably have a most pleasant experience.
"Loved that it was a Homewood Suites but Room 314 Needs a SERIOUS Update " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/3/2012 Vote
2. I wouldn't say the rooms are completely noiseproof, but I really do like this hotel.
"Clean, friendly, a step above the others... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/22/2012 Vote
3. We have felt like the Hilton chain hotels are just a step above and appreciate that added touches we've experienced when we select their hotels.
"Clean, friendly, a step above the others... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/22/2012 Vote
4. It's not like eating at a great restaurant, but hey.
"Pleasantly Surprised of rooms and staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/22/2012 Vote
5. I did like I could walk across the street to Winking Lizard (sports bar and grill) or next door to Hyde Park Steak house (HIGHLY recommended)--they even have a cheaper Happy Hour menu with 4.
"Pleasantly Surprised of rooms and staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/22/2012 Vote
6. The rooms were well furnished and felt more like a condo than a hotel.
"Heavenly Beds! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/21/2011 Vote
7. The other feature I did not like about this hotel, as a previous reviewer mentioned, was that the lobby and breakfast room were located in a building completely disconnected with the hotel building, so you had to go outside on an uncovered walkway to get there for breakfast.
"Tired, outdated hotel with "bonus" of train noise " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/15/2011 Vote
8. I, like a previous reviewer, did not like the top layer of the duvet/blanket cover, which felt like plastic.

9. We also didn't like the fact that you had to go outside to the front desk and breakfast area.
"Nice room with small issues " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/18/2010 Vote
10. We also like the ottoman that came with the cozy side chair.
