1. On the upside, the staff, from front desk to food hosts to housekeeping, was super friendly and very willing to do whatever they could to help out.

4. The usual 'Manager's Reception' had great food (although apparently state or local laws require them to charge $1 for the beer instead of giving it for free), and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
