1. If you're not on a champagne budget: the beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and the staff was very very nice.

3. I spent most of the day visiting my husband in the Cleveland Clinic so it was nice to have a place to crash after 15+ hours on their uncomfortable chairs.

5. Once we learned more about Cleveland (on our later two trips) we found that there are some very nice hotels in the area (including downtown) and that there are really good options of places to stay.

6. The outward appearance and parking lot were both dirty (the lot had a nice amount of garbage), and the windows were all pretty scummy looking.

9. hotel - had a nice restaurant there and they did have room service if you were too tired after a day of appointments to go anywhere.
