6. because it is privately owned, it lacked service and it seemed liek the employees did not care about the appearance of the hotel, or themseleves.

7. i emailed the hotel manager about the experience i had at his hotel, didn`t even respond, so i guess he doesn`t care as long as he gets people`s money.
