2. The hotel is newer, but you will need a taxi to go anywhere and it will take awhile for a taxi to come (just also make sure that the taxi service will pick you up from your location when you want to go back to the hotel).

3. There is another Intercontinental hotel located on the other side of the Cleveland Clinic that is much newer and much nicer than this location.
