1. As opposed to the Guest House, this property also has a Workout/Fitness Center, which I was happy to visit with my sister, as I was missing my morning workout.

2. We were also happy to find a 'convenience store' at this property since they didn't have one at the Guest House and there was nothing within walking distance, other than what's offered at the clinic.

5. It is never a happy circumstance to face the serious operation of one' husband with the ups and downs that go along with the aftermath of the surgery and the recovery process.

6. Everybody at the hotel from the Hotel Manager Neville, and the Front desk Manager Pablo, and everybody else are working so hard day by day to make each and every person happy at the hotel.

7. Other diners weren't happy freezing their rears off trying to enjoy dinner either So: it's very convenient to Cleveland Clinic, it hould be pretty nice particularly after the Oct update, but the staff really need to get their act together.
