1. We would probably give this hotel a three because again while it was decent, there was really nothing special about it.

3. The hotel is decent and acceptably clean, but our room was extremely small and the beds were small as well (we're used to a California king and after our stay here have decided we will never stay in another hotel room with 'double' beds).
