3. The rooms are tired and a bit shabby, the bedding mediocre, some of the staff are indifferent and if it wasn't for the convenient location I would never stay here nor recommend it.

4. The hotel offered a free shuttle, with reservations, to anywhere within a five mile radius which was great and extremely convenient (we shuttled to Tower City Mall a few blocks away in the evenings for dinner and just to explore the mall).
