1. First let me say - the staff here were really nice, extremely helpful and could not have done more to make us feel welcome.

2. While the front desk and concierge staff were quite helpful, the guys manning the front doors need a quick lesson in customer relations (simple comments like 'welcome back,' or 'how is your day going' will give the impression that they actually see the guests entering the front door).
