4. We DEFINITELY got the better deal -- our Business Queen rooms were nicer, more reasonably priced and only a block farther away from the Convention Center.

6. The desk person was very pleasant and quoted us a rate of $99 for a queen room which I thought was very reasonable for a 4 star hotel.

7. The Westin isn't perfect --- I wish they had a restaurant (not the expensive McCormick's that isn't really in the hotel) that was open for dinner at reasonable pricing and a decent bar (instead of the cart in the lobby).

9. I caught a glimpse at the room across the hall from ours and it had a higher ceiling and a large window - it was more fitting of the historical nature of the hotel (this aspect of the hotel was a large reason for booking it instead of another).
