1. Upon arriving to the 16th floor, I noticed I was on the top floor with all the 'big' suites and to my amazement, I had been upgraded for free to the Presidential Suite.

10. Has a courtsey shuttle service in the morning & evening to any place in downtownIt's pretty much so efficient & nice that even when my big bosses visit Cincy on business, they too prefer staying here rather than at more costlier places.
