4. The room service breakfast was absolutely excellent and fixed to perfection, delivered in less than 10 minutes, at $13 (gratuity included) for a big breakfast (eggs/potatoes/bacon/toast/large juice) this was far better than trying to go find something off-premises.

6. More than likely I wouldn't stay here again, but not because the hotel is bad, but because there is one downtown closer to the better places to eat and drink.

7. The staff was nice but that was about it, I personally would not stay here if I could help it, there are many better hotels in Charlotte than here like the Doubletree by Southpark Mall.

8. better hotels in the area, this holiday inn is independently owned not to stantards of other holiday inns , rooms not too clean, bed linen not very clean, staff very un helpful would not recommend this to anyone, very close to freeway.
