1. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very nice - you could even make your own waffles.

2. I am not that messy of a person, so it wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice if they had just apologize for the oversight as opposed to arguing with me about it when I asked.

3. The decor was a bit dated and there was quite a lot of noise from the people next door but the staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice.

4. The person who greeted us was not overly friendly, but gave us our room key, which I guess is all we needed upon checking in, though it would have been nice to be greeted with a smile.
