I traveled 500 miles and They put me in a room that smelled musty and I have asthma, then the shower was cold and so upon that I complained and asked for a new room, they made excuses and made it difficult for me to swap rooms, then they charged my card for the wrong reservation date and refused to give me a refund.

3. I am going to point out that I expected our room to stay junky from unpacking and going to ray's splash planet and once we return everything was cleaned up and new towels were in stock with some other items in the bathroom.

4. The newly built Light Rail system has a station conveniently located directly behind the hotel, which makes getting into the city a breeze, but watch out for the Light Rail cops, just make sure you buy an adult ticket and they won`t arrest you.
