1. I attended the Charlotte Safety school last week as an exhibitor and was very impressed with the professionalism display by your staff.

2. The assistant Food and beverage director(Jeff) handled our concers, from extra chocolate chip cookies to taking criticism on some nasty tasting candies, in stride with a smile and the can do attitude that a true professional has and passes on to his staff.
