1. Breakfast was expensive but featured huge servings of nicely prepared foods.

This is a huge pet peeve for me--most hotels have completely halted the practice of saying room/floor numbers out loud to protect the privacy and safety of their guests and instruct their front desk personnel to write down the room number and point it out to guests and ask if they need further assistance.

4. The back door to the outside patio did not lock (the locks were broken), there were LOTS of cobwebs in the corners around the ceiling, and HUGE water bugs in the bathtub.
