1. Other pros: unfailingly pleasant and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant; reasonably sized room with a big window; excellent air conditioning, an important point in North Carolina in the summer; convenient to I-77.

3. One BIG complaint was that there was NO shuttle service at all so even though we were only a mile away from the concert venue we had to pay $20 total in cab fees.
