2. I was recently at a conference at this hotel and although it was generally fine I was dissapointed that there was no free WiFi in the room - I think every hotel should have free WiFi and this is something I am used to when going on business trips.

5. I left a message on the voicemail of the general manager who called me the following Monday and says the room was professionally inspected and no bed bugs were found.

8. they were calling to each other from doorway to doorway, down the hall, and generally behaving as though they were in a college dorm on a weekend night.
