1. I am also used to having at least one free bottle of water in my room and the only water available was $4 a pop.

2. I was recently at a conference at this hotel and although it was generally fine I was dissapointed that there was no free WiFi in the room - I think every hotel should have free WiFi and this is something I am used to when going on business trips.
