One of my colleagues traveling with me got ill & unfortunately didn't have medicines late at night, Stacey from front desk offered him her Advil (Over the counter medicine) pills so that he feels better, he got better after taking them & the next day we took him to a doctor suggested by Stacey after which he got perfectly fine - she was okay with my friend keeping the pills with him just in case he needs them at any time during his stay, Now this is something I've never seen with any 'hotel staff' in over 50 hotels I must have stayed at, Stacey isn't just a great employee but a great human being.
