1. The front desk staff was very friendly, yet professional.

The only comment that we would make is that we did not find the shuttle drivers to be too friendly, and we thought it was a bit tacky that it was suggested that we tip the driver that picked us up from the train station since it was outside of the 2 mile radius but the website clearly showed that it was within the radius.
