5. You can get a suite, which is a large room with a big sofa, two easy chairs, a dining room table, an annex with your big old king bed in it , juliet balcony and a huge bathroom; or you can get a more modest single with all that I mentioned except no table and a smaller space.

7. The restaurant is a big plus too, I usually travel alone on business and it is great to be able to sit at the bar and not be bothered or feel alone.

8. Obviously, what you are planning on doing makes a big difference -- for instance, the fact that the Carolina Inn is on UNC`s campus is a big plus if that`s where you want to spend your time.
