4. Besides the comfortable sleep, a good hot shower, and something to eat in the morning, what we like best about the University Inn is the location.

9. Our 1st stay at the University Inn was in May 2007 and we really liked the location, so we booked a 2nd stay for 4 nights for CU graduation weekend 2008.

10. It`s a 'green' town, so lots of environment friendly things - like liqiud soap and lotion dispensers as opposed to individual bars/bottles.
